1: This is a gift. Will the prices be included with the order?

No, the packing slips do not contain pricing or billing name/address information.

2: What is your return/refund policy?

3: What is your exchange policy?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@tailthreads.com and send your item to: 103 Olesen Road Derry New Hampshire US 03038.

4: How long will it take to ship my order?

Almost all orders ship from our print shop within 2-4 days of the order being placed. We have a high success rate simply because of the garment options we offer, most of which are highly available and rarely out of stock.

We ship all domestic orders by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Large orders may be shipped by UPS. International orders are shipped APC.

5: How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases you will receive your item in 5-7 business days. International 15-30 days.

6: I never received my package. What do I do?

If you have not received your package within 14 days (US) or 30 days (international) please contact USPS. Use the tracking information that was sent to you and file a form to track your order. You can find that on their web site:

They will guide you through the process of trying to find your missing package. Please be aware that we are not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.

7: What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

In the rare occasion that you receive a defective or incorrect item please complete the contact form. Let us know your order number and what you received. We will contact you within 24 business hours.

8: Can I track my order?

When your order is fulfilled, packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Once you receive the tracking number, your order/package is ready for the postal pick-up. Tracking will start once the postal service makes the initial scan. It can take up to 24 hours to appear in the tracking system. The postal service picks up packages Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

9: What size do I order?

For the best results with your new printed garments, always wash in cold water with the garment inside-out. Tumbled dry on medium.

11: Why do my shirts smell like vinegar?

Before printing your shirts, they are treated with a chemical that smells like vinegar. This chemical helps to bind the ink to the fibers in the shirt and is why the print holds up to repeated washing. After printing, most of the remaining chemical is removed when the shirts are dried, but a small amount may remain.

This chemical is harmless, and will wash out of the shirts the first time you wash them.

Although this can happen with our shirts, it is MUCH LESS likely to happen than with other fulfillers. Most of the chemical is removed through adequate drying before we ship your shirts.

12: Why do my shirts look stained or discolored?

When printing your shirts some discolorations can happen that will look like stains. Washing your shirts the first time in cold water should remove that discoloration.
